"It is an honor to help kids develop strong mental health and learn coping skills that can help them through their entire lives."

Background

Amanda Grow is a Certified Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work from Boise State University. Prior to joining our Farmington office in 2026, she worked at a mental health nonprofit helping children and families connect to mental healthcare, trauma support, and grief resources.

Currently, Amanda provides in-office therapy services, brief interventions, assessments, and community referrals. She is passionate about helping children develop mental and emotional health skills to prepare them to face life’s challenges and live happy and healthy lives. She strives to strengthen kids by also empowering their caregivers and support systems. Amanda uses many therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, Solutions Focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in helping children and families thrive.

When not at work, you’ll find Amanda spending time with her family and four children, hiking in the mountains, reading, and cooking. She has lived in Utah, Texas, Russia, Washington DC, and Hawaii.
