Dr. Karla Feindt attended medical school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She completed her pediatrics residency at Primary Children’s Hospital and was chosen to serve as Chief Resident for an additional year.  Utah made such an impression on her that she decided to stay and make it her home.  In 2001, she joined Wasatch Pediatrics at our Draper location.

Dr. Feindt’s favorite part of pediatrics is simply the joy that kids bring to life.  It is rare for her to have a day go by where a patient does not make her laugh.  She considers it an incredible honor to be a part of her patients’ lives and watch them grow.

Dr. Feindt enjoys any type of traveling and has trekked in Central and South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, and in the western U.S.  When she isn’t at work, you will most likely find her outdoors.  She loves spending time in the mountains, especially hiking and cross-country skiing with her favorite sidekick, Enzo Furfante Ellis, her mischievous Golden Retriever.  Her other hobbies include reading, eating delicious food, and knitting.  She has recently knit two sweaters, one that fits and one that does not!
