Dr. Kelsey Clews received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. She has worked in a variety of settings, including prisons, neuropsychological testing sites, intensive outpatient programs, hospital settings, neurorehabilitation clinics, a state hospital, and residential treatment.
Dr. Clews has extensive training in psychodiagnostics and neuropsychological testing with both the adult and pediatric population, as well as training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman couples therapy, EFT (Emotion-Focused therapy), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Dr. Clews joined our Draper office in 2019 and enjoys practicing through an existential and humanistic lens.
Dr. Clews grew up with her parents and two brothers in Florida. Before moving to Utah, she also lived in Illinois and Maine. In addition, Dr. Clews spent a semester in college studying abroad in Avignon, France. Her first language is English, though she speaks fluent French and elementary Spanish. She currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Pleasant Grove. She enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, most anything outside, and taking time to appreciate the sweet moments with her family.
