“You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” -Buddha

Suzanne Peterson is a Utah Native and earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Utah.  After working for several years as a nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital and in a pediatric office, she decided to go back to school and graduated from Georgetown University as a Nurse Practitioner.  She returned to Primary Children’s in the Pediatric Oncology Department where she helped children and their families navigate through life with cancer.  In 2017, she joined Wasatch Pediatrics.

As part of the mental health team at our Draper location, Suzanne enjoys working closely with patients, their family members, and their pediatricians to provide the best care possible.

Prior to entering healthcare, Suzanne was a travel agent.  She was inspired to share her compassion with others by becoming a nurse after the birth of her children.  She is married and has two teenage daughters who keep her young.  She loves to rollerblade, boat, golf, hike, travel, and enjoy fun times with her family.
