Melody Jones earned her Master of Dietetics Administration from Utah State University and joined Wasatch Pediatrics in 2022.  As a registered dietitian, she is professionally licensed to assess, diagnose, and treat nutritional problems.  She enjoys working with children and is passionate about instilling healthy habits at a young age to help maintain a healthy lifestyle into adulthood.

While Melody works out of our Southpoint location, she is available to all Wasatch Pediatrics patients by referral.  She brings previous experience as an inpatient dietitian working in a hospital setting and is also experienced regarding a variety of dietary and nutritional needs, including weight management, picky eating, food allergies, sports nutrition, and general nutrition for infants, toddlers, and adolescents.   We are thrilled to have Melody and her expertise to offer your family as part of our care team.

Outside the clinic, Melody enjoys reading, painting, riding horses, and gardening.  She also enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and daughters.  She and her family live on a hobby farm with horses, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats.
