Background

Dr. Brian Buchanan earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his pediatrics residency at University of California Davis in Sacramento. He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been practicing at our Southpoint office since 1999.

In his spare time, Dr. Buchanan enjoys playing the piano and the bagpipes, cycling, gardening, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have five children as well as a little girl, Emma, who they love and miss very much.
