Dr. BJ Kramer joined Wasatch Pediatrics at our Salt Lake office in 2019. He earned his medical degree from Tuoro University Nevada and completed his pediatrics residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. As a pediatrician, he loves partnering with parents to help keep kids healthy. His approach includes encouraging children to be well-rounded and have a balanced life, including ways to be physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually healthy. The aspect of his job he finds most rewarding is building relationships with parents and children and helping them grow and develop. In turn, his patients love his positive, bright spirit and wonderful care they receive.

Dr. Kramer was born in Utah. He grew up in North Carolina but also lived in New Jersey and served a mission in the Czech Republic. He is married and has four wonderful children, 2 girls and 2 boys. He loves all things sports – both playing and watching, including cheering on his favorite teams and players in collegiate and professional sports. Like many Utahns, he’s still hopeful the Jazz will win a championship someday. He also has a love of music, playing piano and saxophone growing up, and now teaching his own kids piano.
