Lauren Wilde is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah, and we welcomed her to our Cottonwood location in 2025.  She is experienced working with children of all ages in various mental health settings and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist.

In office, Lauren provides therapy services, brief interventions, assessments, and referrals to community resources.  You’ll often find her accompanied by Cookie, a hypoallergenic toy poodle, who helps her create a nurturing environment during sessions with lots of laughter and helps kids with practicing setting boundaries as needed.

Lauren is passionate about helping children, teens, and families find their strengths and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.  Her approach focuses on coping strategies, communication, and self-worth, while fostering collaboration with parents to support healing and family wellness.  She finds it very rewarding to help families grow and thrive together as a unit.

Utah has always been home for Lauren, and she has a strong love for its mountains and scenery.  In her free time, she enjoys connecting with friends and family, thrifting, discovering new places to explore, and teaching Cookie new tricks.
