"All feelings are okay. It’s what we do with them that matters."
–Mr. Rogers.

Background

Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah.  In 2025, she joined our Draper office, bringing nearly a decade of experience in pediatric mental health, including residential and inpatient crisis care settings, school-based mental health integration programs, and refugee/immigrant resettlement services.  We’re so happy to have her as part of our team!

Molly currently provides in-office therapy services primarily focused on brief intervention and goal-oriented treatment.  She is passionate about providing families and children with tools to cope with stressors as they arise – empowering children with a sense of autonomy and control over themselves and their own emotions.  She strives to help normalize emotions for children and create space for them to gain emotional awareness and confidence in self-regulation.

Originally from the northeast, Molly moved to Utah in search of bigger mountains and opportunities.  When not at work, you’ll find her out in nature with her dog – skiing, biking, running, or playing in water.  She also enjoys reading and live music.
