Dr. Steve Lynch joined the Willow Creek office after completing his medical education and pediatrics training at Tufts University and New England Medical Center in Boston, followed by 3 years of public health service in Colorado.  Since moving to Salt Lake City, he has served in a variety of capacities at Primary Children’s Hospital, taught the pediatrics course for the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program for over 10 years, and provided volunteer pediatric care at the Maliheh Free Clinic and Fourth Street Clinic.  He is a longstanding member of the Utah Scientific Vaccine Advisory Committee.  Dr. Lynch has also been fortunate to enjoy three remarkable international health experiences in China and in Papua New Guinea.

Originally from Massachusetts, Dr. Lynch misses the ocean, but loves the mountains of the Wasatch and red rock country of southern Utah.  He enjoys travel and photography, roots for the Utah Jazz, and is a lifelong fan of all Boston sports teams.  He likes to ski, hike, and run for cause, competing in road races locally and in New England to raise funds for medical research.  He and his multi-talented wife, Joann, share their hearts and home with a wonderful rescue German Wirehaired Pointer named Tucker.
