Tyson joined our Draper office in 2026 and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to earning his Master of Science in Nursing at Westminster University and becoming a nurse practitioner, he spent his nursing career providing neonatal care while working in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Tyson believes caring for children is a privilege and approaches each visit with that responsibility in mind. He strives for families to feel supported, informed, and comfortable with the plan of care. He focuses on clear, simple education so patients and parents understand what’s going on and feel confident moving forward. For Tyson, watching children grow, reach milestones, and become their own unique humans is one of the most rewarding parts of caring for kids.

Tyson grew up in a small village in Alberta, Canada as one of eight siblings. He and his wife love living in Utah and outside of clinic, he enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, playing sports, reading, and cooking.
